Topper Reprint Fee

This listing is for a reprint of your original topper design. Reasons for a reprint include a typo on your original design (Hull Design Co. will cover this fee if the error was on Anna's end - otherwise, the graduate is responsible), or wanting a second copy of your original topper design for the purposes of decoration or a shadow box.

🎓 TOPPER DETAILS:
- Printed on thick, high-quality cardstock for durability (perfect for photos and the big day!).
- Sizing: 9.4” x 9.4” with a 0.85” hole cut out for the button (fits most adult-sized graduation caps).
- Comes with adhesive for easy attachment.
- Design lies flat (flush) on the cap, with room for your tassel to sit on top of the design, around the button. There should be no gap(s) between the topper and the physical graduation cap once attached.
- Proudly made in the USA – every design is created and shipped from my home studio in Georgia.

🎓 DESIGN PREVIEWS:
If you purchased a design preview, I’ll send the preview via Etsy messages within 2 business days of purchase. You’ll have 24 hours to approve the design or request up to 3 small edits (e.g., changing sub-quote, including an add-on, or changing background color). Larger changes (new design, new main quote, or full color scheme change) may incur additional fees ($10+).

If no response is received within 24 hours, the design will print and ship as pictured to ensure on-time delivery. Please make sure Etsy notifications are turned on so that you see the preview in a timely manner.

🎓 SHIPPING DETAILS:
All domestic orders ship via USPS (international via UPS). It is recommended to order early to ensure on-time delivery, as postal delays can occur. As noted in my shop policies, I do not offer refunds for postal delays, as USPS delays are out of my control. Order processing time is fixed, however, shipping speed can be upgraded. Please review the timelines below to choose the best option for your need-by date.

Order Processing Time: 3–5 business days
Time to Delivery: Processing Time + Shipping Time

- Standard Mail (default): Arrives in 8–12 business days (includes processing + shipping time)

- Priority Mail* (upgrade): Arrives in 5–8 business days (includes processing + shipping time)

- Express Mail* (upgrade): Arrives in 4–7 days (includes processing + shipping time)
(*USPS only has guaranteed delivery dates for Priority and Express)

🎓 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Because each topper is custom and handmade, refunds or cancellations depend on the order’s status:

- Before preview or design is created: Full refund
- After preview or design is created: Partial refund (up to 75%)
- After printing or packaging: Partial refund (up to 50%)
- After shipping: No refunds available
