Shipping Policy

All non-custom items ship within 1-2 business days. This is also known as processing time. Items will be shipped according to what the customer has requested and paid for (standard, priority, express, etc.).

All custom items ship within 3-5 business days. This is also known as processing time. Items will be shipped according to what the customer has requested and paid for (standard, priority, express, etc.).

Shipping Providers

Hull Design Company, LLC ships exclusively with either the United States Postal Service ("USPS") or the United Parcel Service ("UPS"). 

Shipping Disclaimer

Hull Design Company, LLC is not responsible for any delays in transit caused by the United States Postal Service ("USPS") or the United Parcel Service ("UPS"). Delays do occasionally happen and are more likely to occur during periods of severe weather outbreaks and/or the holiday season. Sometimes, delays may occur for no known reason. Therefore, it is solely up to the customer to purchase custom items or gifts in an advanced amount of time before their "need-by" date. It is highly recommended to order custom items at least 3 weeks before the "need-by" date.
